Participate in a government funded clinical trial

Do you have pain using stairs or during sitting/squatting activities?

If you are 50 years or older, and have pain around your kneecap (pain at the front of your knee), you may be eligible to participate in a government funded clinical trial.

What will you be asked to do?

  • Attend University of Queensland (Brisbane campus) for a knee examination

  • Have a FREE x-ray of your painful knee

  • Wear a specific footwear intervention for 12 months

  • Complete questionnaires about your knee pain
