New to Canberra, I love exploring this city and the secrets that it holds with my family.
Event:
Make a kite together at the National Arboretum
On Saturday 22nd October, celebrate Grandparents Week at the National Arboretum with a fun activity you can do together, organised by the Friends of the Arboretum. Children and grandparents will enjoy making a kite together before testing out their flying skills at the grassy amphitheatre. Watch it fly high up in the air, with one of the best views od Canberra. This kite making activity will be held between 10am - 3pm, for $10 per kite. Why not stay and play at the Pod Playground or have a sausage sizzle on the Southern Terrace, run by Woden Rotary.
