Kitchens sometimes get overlooked in the interior decorating stakes but Sunshine Coast Hinterland artists are coming to their rescue with an exhibition of paintings created for the kitchen.

The artists will take you into their own kitchens with a wall of 30 centimetre square still-life pieces with a kitchen theme.

The exhibition also includes a range of large and small paintings in acrylic, oils, watercolour and pastels, along with greeting cards featuring the artists' works.

Presented by the Blackall Range Visual Artists Group, the exhibition will be on show at St. Mary's Hall on the Village Green at Montville from Friday 18 April to Sunday 27 April from 9am to 4pm.

Entry is free and all commissions and donations go towards maintaining the historic hall.
