The dog bin and bags are located outside the enclosed park which I hope does not deter people from picking up the parcels their dog's leave. But alas, I feel it may, as there were quite a few land mines that hadn't been picked up the day we went.
We visited mid week around 10am. It was fairly busy and there was harmony amongst the dogs all playing nicely together. I imagine this venue will be a regular place to meet up for many locals and their dogs as it has been quite a few years in the making, from vision to completion of stage 1. Local residents spoke and the shire listened.
Owning a dog is so sociable. Take your fur best friend here and let them enjoy the other dogs' company whilst you enjoy the other dog owners' company. It's open 24 hours a day so there is opportunity for all to use it.
Stage 2 will include a separate small dog enclosure and water fountains. So keep up to date with Stage 2 of the project by liking their Facebook page.
