At the Bar, the bad boys from Earl's Juke Joint were creating crowd pleasers with a selection of specialised cocktails from Honky Tonks, Banana Maple Old Fashioneds and Cadillac Spritzs.
I was looking forward to tasting the Signature Southern-style Wings- I wasn't disappointed. They came out piping hot, coated in a herb and special sauce, then deep fried to a crunchy finish. Still juicy inside.
Unfortunately, I wasn't quick enough to taste the Chillogy Wings. They flew out faster than I could swoop. We settled for a couple more cocktails.

Make sure you visit The Rocks and get your peckers into the international award winning wings. The King of the Wings "pop-up" will be open to the Sydney public for 1 WEEK ONLY! Find them at The Observer Hotel at The Rocks from May 3 - 8
