Event:
How will Sinterklaas arrive this year?
Sinterklaas, kapoentje (Saint Nic'las, my dear one), Gooi wat in mijn schoentje (Something in my shoe put), Breng wat in mijn laarsje (Something in my stocking), Danke je Sinterklaasje (Thank you, Saint Nich-o-las!).

Sinterklaas (Saint Nicholas) is fast riding his way around the world, ready to deliver gifts to all the good boys and girls. This year, Sinterklaas has announced to the good people at the Dutch Club that he and his friend Zwarte Pieten, will be paying a very special, early visit all the way from the Nederlands to bring gifts to the good children on Sunday 3 December 2017 at 1 pm.

Hi Annette, thank you for this wonderful write up in your blog!!
Unfortunately we are a small club (less than 200 members) so we need to cover our costs and the ticket price reflects this. Tickets were also available from the club at $22 members and $28 non members, the extra charge is for online charges. The gifts are at min. $15 value so you can see costs quickly add up! I hope that explains a bit.
But again thank you for this write up ..much appreciated! 😀

I'm sorry you feel that way. I guess it's all relative, and the price includes entertainment etc.
