Kin Kin Manor is a Heritage Queenslander single level home which is perfect for couples, families and small groups looking for a weekend escape in the beautiful Sunshine Coast Hinterland.



Conveniently located just a 30 minute drive from Noosa Heads, this fully restored home was recently renovated to a 5 star standard.

On the outside the Queenslander, which dates back to circa 1903, features a Colorbond roof, 6 ft fences, double auto gates, separate double house entry gates, paved backyard and parking for 2 average cars.



On the inside, guests will be welcomed with 9ft ceilings, lavish polished floors and a multitude of cedar bi-fold windows, which offer magnificent views of the surrounding lush green countryside.

The fully self-contained home includes 2 main bedrooms with double beds, reverse/cycle air-conditioning units and a fan in each room. There is an additional day bed for a 5th person. The spacious large bathroom features a double shower and double vanity basin. There are also two separate toilets (one for invalid use).



The main living area is composed of a large lounge and dining room. In this spacious area, guests can kick back and relax with a 60" colour TV with surround sound.



The large commercial stainless steel kitchen features a 8 gas burner stove & dishwasher and plumbed double door stainless steel refrigerator, making it perfect for in-house cooking classes or small functions.



Breakfast, lunch and dinner can also be enjoyed on a antique dining table which seats 8 or in the huge gazebo with electric BBQ at rear of property, which is surrounded by magnificent grape vines and other lush plants (seats 10).



Pet are allowed on the non-smoking property, which also includes a security alarm system. It is self-rated 4.1 stars and linen, towels, tea & coffee and a large selection of DVDs and CDs are provided.

Located nearby are a range of places to visit and attractions, such as the Kin Kin Community Hall, Kin Kin General Store & Restaurant, the famous Countrylife Hotel & Public Tennis Courts, the Noosa Trail, and the Kin Kin Markets, which are held on the first Sunday of every month.



The rates are as follows;

Minimum 1 night stay at $150 per couple per night during off peak (excluding Friday & Saturday nights) which are $185 per night.

Minimum 1 night stay ar $185 per couple per night during peak.

10% deposit required and balance payable on or before taking possession of the Manor.
