The world of tribute bands and shows is quite a competitive one, however when local Brisbane actor and musician Johnny Blunt conceived the idea for Killer Queen in 2003, he knew he was onto a winner.

Showcasing the legacy, energy and iconic performances of one of the greatest rock bands in history, Killer Queen pays homage to Freddie Mercury and Queen's flamboyant charisma with elegance and pizazz.

Add a hot band of Queensland's best session musicians; a wardrobe of detailed and exactly replicated costumes, a stage presence second to none and you have The Killer Queen Show.

Bearing an uncanny resemblance to Freddie Mercury, some audience members have commented that what they saw on stage was Freddie's ghost.

This is the closest you will ever get to see the supergroup Queen. Killer Queen is coming to the Greenbank RSL, in the Starlight Lounge on Saturday 2nd June from 8pm.

This is a free live show and a one off experience not to be missed by Queen - and rock music - fans alike.
