These aren't your average play houses, but then again, this isn't your average charity event.
More than just gardening inspiration is blooming at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show. This year, inspired builders will be donating their innovative creations to the exhibition charity, Kids Under Cover. "Kids Under Cover works to prevent youth homelessness by building homes and providing scholarships and mentors to at risk young people."
With ball pits, LEGO, blackboard walls, and a firefighter's pole, this year's cubbies capture every child's cubby dream. Check out some of the contestants' entries here, and donate while you're there! You can purchase raffle tickets online, or at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show.
Here's one of my personal favourites, but see if you can find the house that pays homage to Hawthorne Footy Club fans, or the one that reminds you of camping when you were a kid.

These innovative cubbies will be on display in the Cubby House Village at the Melbourne International Flower and Garden Show from Wednesday 26 March to Sunday 30 March 2014, with the auction of the cubbies taking place at 3pm on the Sunday.
