This Sunday 26th May, the Ku-ring-gai Pirate Orchestra is inviting you to join them for a swashbuckling hour of underwater musical adventure on the North Shore.
This is the
KPO's annual Kids Proms' concert, which introduces both kids and adults to some of the world's most vibrant classical music in a relaxed and fun setting.
The audience will be taken on a musical adventure, brought to life by the much-loved duo of children's presenter Emily McKnight and conductor Peter Ellis.
From the
Pirates of the Caribbean to Bizet's opera
Carmen, there are tunes for everyone and a great opportunity to get up close to the orchestra and their instruments.
The atmosphere is fun, noisy and informal. Adults get to relax in their seats, whilst children wriggle, stretch and dance along on the floor rugs at the front.
The concerts run at 14.00 and 15.30 and last for one hour. Free onsite and street parking. Discounted family tickets available.
