Ghosts and ghouls come out to play
Halloween is coming up once again and for families with young children this can be a really fun time. Kids just love it. It can be loads of fun to get dressed up in spooky costumes, go Trick or Treating, carve pumkins and put up a few scary looking decorations.
This year there are a few places around Perth that will be putting on fun, safe Halloween events for children, so that kids can join in the festivities.
Collect your free 'Neighbourhood Watch Halloween HotSpot Pack' during October from the Grove Library or the Town Administration Centre. Then at Halloween display the Hotspot Balloons and Stickers to let little ghosts and ghouls know that they are welcome to Trick or Treat at your place.
To kick off your Halloween Festivities, on Wednesday 31st October, 2102, there will be a fun afternoon of spooky stories and a free family BBQ at the Grove Library from 5pm.
