The 43rd Katherine Prize 2018 is here and calling all artists aged under 18 years. If you are Katherine Region resident, the 43rd Katherine Prize is looking for your incredible artworks. You are all welcome to submit your artwork which has been completed during the 12 months preceding July 2018. This is your chance to have your work on show and to win a fantastic prize.



Artists will be placed into categories according to their age and works will be judged in the following categories: Junior School Prize is for children up to Year 5, Middle School Prize is for children in Year 6 up to Year 9, while children in Year 10 to12 will compete for the Senior School Prize.



One artwork only, that must not exceed 1 metre in any direction for each entrant may be submitted. All artwork submitted must be ready for presentation, with instructions if necessary, with the artwork title, artist's name, age, date of completion and address clearly noted.



All completed entry forms are due on Tuesday 10 July 2018 and artwork should be delivered between Tuesday 17 July – Saturday 21 July 2018 to Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts & Culture Centre, Stuart Highway, Katherine East. For more information on this event, please go to the website .
