Kangatraining - Mums and Bubs - Baby weight helps you tone
Kreationz Cheer and Dance is proud to be launching Kangatraining classes at their Boronia Studio!

We should always start our children out young on the path to health and happiness. We breastfeed them to give them the best start of nutrients. We cook up fresh vegie mush to keep them away from added sugars and preservatives too early in life; pumpkin was my daughter's favourite. We drive the long way around that "fast food" junk shop so they never get a chance to taste deep friend fat foods. We feed them fresh fruit so they get a taste of what a real sweet treat should taste like.

We give them wholesome milk and water, not sugar filled juices.
If they never taste rubbish food as a baby, they will never crave anything but good foods as they get older.

And the next best thing to teaching them how to eat healthy, is teaching them to exercise to stay fit. If feel, you are never to young to run and play and dance. So this is your chance to dance with your baby and get fit yourself and bond with your child in the bubbly atmosphere of laughter and music and dance.

This group say, that "Kangatraining is Australia's BEST postnatal workout, no babysitter required - come bond with your baby!".

It sounds great to me. I wish they had something like this when my babies where tiny tots. They are holding two taster Sessions on:

Wednesday 16th March - 11:45am - 12:30pm
Saturday 19th March - 11:15am - 12:00pm

Also, for the your babies they hold Tiny Tot classes on a Saturday morning? They invite you to come down to a Kreationz studio in either Borona or Emerald and try one of their awesome Tiny Tot classes.

They even invite parents to join in the fun in some classes!

You can check out their class schedules and book in a no obligation trial at
