Local and International Musicians
A diverse array of emerging and established, local and international, and traditional and contemporary acts will converge on Kangaroo Valley this weekend (October 25-27) for the annual folk festival.
Headline artists include Southern Italian band Kalascima, Australian legend Mic Conway and Julia & the Deep Sea Sirens. Varying from traditional folk, to Australian bush ballads, to blues, to contemporary compositions, the music will appear in six intimate venues. There'll also be jam sessions, instrumental workshops, poets' breakfasts, a poetry competition, dance classes and art and craft sessions. Accommodation options include campsites, cabins, hotels, farm stays and Bed and Breakfasts.
Tickets are available online or at the festival. An adult season pass is $85, while a youth one is $30. It's also possible to purchase evening- or day-only tickets.
