It is a great way to spend a Sunday with good friends. You depart from Cape Jervis, the crossing to Penneshaw takes about three quarters of an hour.

A variety of local produce and crafts is on display, only a short walk from disembarking.

We had a good look around, sampling what was on offer.

When everyone was satisfied there was nothing missed, we decided to explore our options of finding somewhere to have lunch.

There were four cafes, a fish and chip shop, pizza bar or the pub to choose from.

The weather on Sunday was perfect and a great time was had by all.

Great value worth checking out.
