Crafts, food, shops, music - this market has it all
What do you get when you combine local shops, food trucks, a craft market and a farmer's market? The Kalamunda Night Market, of course! If you haven't visited this popular event, be quick as the last one for the season takes place on Friday 21 April. There are heaps of stalls and shops in a friendly, traffic-free setting, making this the perfect night out for the whole family.
The market is proudly owned and operated by the Kalamunda Chamber of Commerce on a not for profit basis. Market stalls offer quality arts and crafts and produce and there are several restaurants and two pubs in addition to the food trucks. Many businesses also stay open for the evening and there's plenty of free entertainment provided by local musicians.
There's a more detailed list on the market website and all the latest news on their Facebook page.
The market stalls run down the Central Mall to Haynes Street and the food trucks and stalls are in the middle of Haynes Street between Railway Road and Canning Road. Visitors should note that Haynes Street is closed from 3:00 pm on the day, but there's plenty of parking nearby. Although dogs are allowed, the market can be quite crowded and the fur kids might be better off staying home.
