I stumbled across a treasure trove of delights today. Hidden in a glam arcade, housed in the former police station, this tiny shop is a must stop for chocolate lovers.

I was lured in by the pretty window display, and lamented it was too early for one of the enticing ice cream sandwiches. I've already planned to return, and have a week to decide if I get the sea salted caramel with milk chocolate or the honeycomb and dark chocolate offering. If they don't appeal, there are many other equally alluring flavours to try. For $5, it's a generous ice cream and biscuit treat.

They offer chocolates and caramels by the piece, as well as impressive gift options - chocolate CDs or meringue and rocky road.

If you are after a gift, I'd head here, for while it is artisan, the prices are very reasonable. They use no preservatives, all natural flavours and all their products are gluten free, according to their website.

I left with some hot chocolate spoons, which were perfect for a blustery afternoon, and the kids love the fun of making their own drink (and eating the remainder off the stick).

With Easter on the horizon, I can't wait to see their seasonal offerings, but in the meantime, I'll be back for that ice cream sandwich!
