Deadly Choices are about building strong leaders among Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to encourage healthy lifestyles and create a healthy future. On that note, they will be hosting the Junior Murri Carnival at the South Pine Sporting Complex, 620 South Pine Rd, Brendale from 1 to 3 July 2019. You'll be asked to upload a form confirming that your child has had a 715 Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander Health Check within the last 12 months. This must be filled out and stamped by the GP/Aboriginal Medical Service at which your child had their health check. You'll find the Form HERE. Once requirements are fulfilled, get set for 3 massive days of sporting action that encourages culture, health, wellbeing, sport and education, with Rugby League available in the U6's, U8's, U10's and U12's divisions. All participants must be between 6-15 years of age with a solid rate of school attendance. Bring family and friends for a full-on deadly day of health and Rugby League.
