Heaps of stalls at this Sydney Vegan Market
After our recent election results, June is all about our earth, the environment and raising awareness of the climate crisis. The government won't do this so the Sydney Vegan Market feel they need to do it! They say they need to take matters into their own hands and save our homes.
This means eating less animal products, going vegan, bringing your own cups and containers, and picking up any litter lying around. They believe we need to practise the 3 R's - Reuse, Reduce and Recycle!
Vegan NSW is very pleased and proud to bring over 100 vegan stalls to Sydney on the Sunday 16th June 2019 from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. They will hold this event at The Entertainment Quarter, 122 Lang Road, Moore Park.
Naturally, all will be plant-based, cruelty-free and vegan, so there will be no need to check labels and ingredients! Perhaps you fancy a burger, a bowl of Mac n Cheese or an Acai bowl? Or maybe you need some more of your favourite oil cleanser, body oils and scrubs or the new lip colour you've wanted to match a certain outfit? Or perhaps you have seen the gorgeous ceramics, yoga pants or candles? Whatever you want, there are so many stalls here to choose from!
As well as these incredible market stalls they have developed a free education space called TENT Talks. This gives members of our community the chance to speak about the amazing work that they do.
This is a free entry event which is close to public transport, has a 2000 space carpark, a heap of green space, is very child-friendly, and dog-friendly too! Please ensure the dogs are kept on a lead at all times.
Do bring your whole family and friends and naturally, do not eat before you come to this event. There will also be some live music by local vegan artists and musicians curated by Earthlings Collective throughout the day to keep you on your feet.
Earthlings Collective are a group who care about the environment, the animals and their bodies. They unite all this with the power of music and love.
