Held at The Abbotsford Convent from 10.30am to 5.30pm daily, this interactive two-day course will consist of exhilarating games, creative play, powerful drama strategies, laughter exercises and oodles of relaxation! These simple, effective tools and techniques will held aid your own personal development and can in turn be offered to your clients, groups or colleagues.
