Jolly's Lookout is a fantastic little picnic spot on Mt Nebo in the D'Aguilar ranges just 45 minutes drive west of Brisbane on Mt Nebo.

The views extend out over the Samford Valley, Brisbane, and even out to Moreton Island and the Glasshouse Mountains.

Here are a few pictures to give you an idea of what to expect:

There are a number of BBQs and picnic tables available. On a busy day you may have to wait a while for a table so bring a blanket just in case.

There are also a couple of nice walks which you can explore from the lookout, so arrive before lunch and spend an hour or two working up a good appetite.
