John Oldham Park is a cute little park located along Mounts Bay Road, just outside of Perth's CBD. Whilst the park is known as John Oldham Park, it is actually divided into two regions known as John Oldham Park and David Carr Memorial Park.
The park features a beautiful lake which was covered in vibrant moss when we were there, as you can see in the image below. This lake is home to a heap of ducks!
The tree canopy covering the park is gorgeous and provides a lovely place to walk and cycle through on a summer's day. There is also play equipment for the little ones and benches throughout.
The park is easily accessible from Mounts Bay Road via car and there is an underpass which links the park to the swan river foreshore for easy access for walkers and cyclists.
