There's nothing better than fresh homemade bread. And that's exactly what you get when you order a burger at . Soft, hearty and full of flavour. In fact it's not the only thing on the menu made with love.

Owners Jason and Sharon have tried to avoid the use of processed foods by making everything from scratch. From the aioli to the smokey tomato relish, the 100% beef patties to the fresh exciting salads, the cold pressed juices to the sweet treats tempting you from the counter, even the peanut butter and bacon dog biscuits for your pampered pooch are made by hand.

And that's exactly the way they like it. "We wanted to be totally different to everybody else" Jason explained, "to strip it down and bring it back to bare bones". Simple, healthy, wholesome street food. "We aim to use only natural ingredients, no artificial sugars, preservatives or flavourings."

With 25 years experience as a Chef in some of Noosa and Brisbane's top restaurants there are plenty of flavour packed options on the menu. Sticky BBQ pulled pork tacos and schezwan calamari with spicy green tomato dipping sauce sit on the menu alongside classic and gourmet burgers. Big bowls of fresh daily salads and hand cut fat chips compliment the lunch options.

If it's breakfast you're in for try a savoury mince jaffle or creamed rice with pear and berry compote. The concept is all about being a little bit different. And that's refreshing. Coconut and banana pancakes stack up alongside homemade preserves and lemon curd; spanish beans and chorizo schmooze alongside smashed avo, fetta and tomato salsa. You won't find any over processed run of the mill muffins here!

The coffee is even roasted locally. Try a single origin or Colombian blend next time your passing or sit in the eclectic mix of chairs, stools and tables bordered by planter boxes and vertical gardens that create the courtyard.

All meals (with the exception of breakfast) is served "takeaway" with biodegradable plates and bamboo cutlery - another conscious decision to reduce not only cost but also landfill.

Part of the Good Food Movement, has a fresh authentic vibe. It's honest to goodness food with style but not frills. It's deeply satisfying to know where your food comes from.

As it says on the menu "Our passion is good food and food made with passion."
