Jhana Grove is an excellent place to relax and get away from the busy city noise. The retreat provides food, accommodation and a chance to practice or learn some new meditation skills while enjoying the beautiful surrounding forests.
The surroundings are an amazing site to see, from lakes and forests, to the little lizards you might find around the retreat. I actually had the great pleasure of seeing a few of these extraordinary creatures and at night, the kangaroos would show.
I stayed in a cottage with 5 others. Each of us had our own room and little ensuite, although you don't tend to spend much time there, it was very nice and I felt quiet at home. Truly amazing
During my stay, I experienced some very interesting and amazing things. While in the meditation hall, I saw a young lady sit down with her mat right next to this great, big spider. Normally most people would scared of such a sight and would have tried to get rid of the thing, but in this case she looked straight at it, smiled and continued to meditate. The retreat had an amazing effect on people - everything just seemed to be so peaceful.
You can do all this and more for the small donation of $70, which you get back at the end.

A truly amazing place which even I, a thirteen year old girl, can enjoy.
