Jarn Leva Vietnamese, located at the Modbury Tea Tree Plaza dining precinct serves traditional Vietnamese food. The menu is extensive offering cold, hot, sweet, sour, spicy and signature dishes. With so many choices to choose, we settled for the traditional pho, a hot noodle soup.
We had the rare beef pho and the combination pho. We find the broth or soup to be delicious, tasty and very close to authentic. The noodles are not too soft and there were generous servings of the beef and beef balls. The dish comes with a plate of fresh bean sprouts, chillies, Vietnamese mint, coriander for you to add to the soup accompanied by chilly and hoisin sauce. In all it was a hearty meal.
The ambience of the restaurant was nice and the tables are not too close together. The wait staff are polite and courteous and we would return to try their other dishes.
