Once again, there is going to be a vegan cooking course. These classes are becoming so popular in the community that they are often booking out! Please make your booking, so that you do not miss out as this is an unusual one being a Japanese cooking class.

This will be on the 24th November 2019 and you can buy your tickets at this link. Cost of this will be $120 and it will be on from 11.00 am to 2.00 pm.

You can learn to cook the using only 100% plant-based healthy Japanese dishes and dessert.

In order to do this and learn exaactly how to do it correctly, you do not have to be a vegan. As I always say, I am not a vegan and do not intend to become one, but I just like the food when it is made correctly. The food is often healthy and all incredibly tasty and so well worth learning how to make, even if it is only very occasionally.

These cooking classes are totally hands-on and they use only all-natural ingredients. Why not learn how to cook say, homemade tofu mayonnaise, sauteed vegan scallops, vegan sukiyaki, and perhaps even tofu matcha mousse as a dessert!

This group cooking class will also include lunch at 3 Oakdale Road, Upwey, so it is actually a good buy. The class will only be for up to 8 people and the minimum age will be 16 years old. Bookings are essential and any enquiries and bookings must be directed to email: [email protected] or phone: 0411 225 874.

Below are some testimonials:"Had purchased the sauces before and went to a vegan cooking class with friends which was really great. definitely would recommend to vegans and non-vegans as my non-vegan friends loved it too. would go again for a different menu for sure."

There was also a comment from Saori Sauce Facebook page: "Wow, did a cooking class yesterday with Saori featuring tofu. It opened my eyes on how versatile tofu can be. And her sauces are amazing. Highly recommended"

The recipes and ways to make this food are great and it is a course that should not be missed by anyone!

You can also go and have some private lessons.

This course is going to be one of a kind, so to speak! I am harping on the subject of Japanese Vegan as it is an unusual one - I have seen ordinary Asian vegan but this is the first Japanese course I have yet seen.

There are other Japanese vegan courses that you can take and if you want to see them, click on this link so you can decide which ones you would like to take and learn all about this fabulous food.
