You won't be able to resist Jamie
As you step inside, you'll immediately be immersed into the quick pace and trendy vibe of this eatery. It is the perfect place for a workday lunch and the menu has some good variety with lots of eye-catching items that will make you keen to return for another taste. This is definitely not the average pizza and pasta joint. There are some delicious variations with clever blends of flavours reminiscent of Jamie Oliver's style. Some truffles here, fennel there, smatterings of fontina cheese - trust me, you won't know where to start nor when to stop.
The service is quite quick which is perfect for those with shorter lunch breaks. Don't be fooled by the discreet entrance from Pitt St though - I walked right past due to road works at the time, so keep your eyes open. The layout and decorations are fantastic, with spacious high ceilings and a fantastic upper level loft area. The lighting, table settings and colours give this place a hip, urban feel matched by the friendly efficiency of the wait staff.
Of course, they are also open for dinner so try it out at night if you like - I'm sure it will be just as awesome.
PS: I definitely recommend booking in advance, it gets very crowded. Bookings can be made online for 2-20 guests at lunch or 6-20 guests at dinner. Go to their website for more details.
