More treats than tricks guaranteed this Halloween weekend if you come to the JamGrass Music Festival, being held at the Thornbury Theatre, at 859 High Street, Thornbury.

The JamGrass Festival runs over three days, from Friday 31st October, to Sunday 2nd November. In what's being described as 'not just an event, (but) a movement of like-minded artists and music lovers', the JamGrass program is jam-packed full of artists and bands, ranging from 'an old-timey string band to a 9-piece, psychedelic rock band'. Expect to hear mandolins, guitars and banjos in this bluegrass mixed with alt-country music spectacular.

Headline acts include Mustered Courage, Perch Creek and Marlon Williams.

Friday 31st is party night; wear your Halloween costume if you dare! Prizes are on offer for the best costume.

Doors open at 6.00pm on Friday 31st October and Saturday 1st November, and at 2.30pm on Sunday 2nd November. Buffet meals will be available when the doors open.

The Festival MC is Sam Cutler, former manager of the Rolling Stones and The Grateful Dead.

Please note, under 18s must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
