Morning or night, Raj House is a thriving Rajopolis - it's home to Adelaide's Feast Festival and during this Adelaide Fringe, there's many options for Fringe punters who venture over during the early and later hours of the evening.
We ventured into an intimate space to watch the newly engaged (and gainfully employed?) James Donald Forbes McCann perform his 1 hour, one man, stand-up comedy show aptly titled McCann-dle in the Wind which features two of his songs: the first being about his beloved plant and its keeper, the second being about a topic many of us are subjected to: work.
In this intimate space, James creates an even more intimate atmosphere by making its only source of light a few candles - his reason: if you're not enjoying his performance, then enjoy gazing at and being mesmerised and entertained by his candles instead!
McCann-dle in the Wind plays at 8pm nightly (except for Monday nights) during Adelaide Fringe, with final performance being Saturday 17th March 2018. Grab a tinnie in Raj House's foyer bar and head on up to be entertained by James Donald Forbes McCann.
I can assure those of you who appreciate genuine comedy, fun and laughter, you will not be disappointed with McCann-dle in the Wind.
