Let me get this out of the way early - dining at Jamaica Blue will not feel like you are in Jamaica. But, this cafe is certainly a tribute to the famous Blue Mountains of Jamaica, which are renowned for producing exquisite coffee. And, that is exactly what you will find here.

With various locations around Australia, Jamaica Blue is a popular place for shoppers to stop. Always busy, the friendly staff deliver creamy cups of coffee, that will surely have you coming back. This franchise is also known for its fair trade stance and organic variety.

But, let us not snub their appetising meals. Jamaica Blue has a great range of hearty breakfast choices, foccacias, Mediterranean salads, frittatas, lasagne and delicious desserts to name a few. And, if you are watching your waist-line, take advantage of their healthy "lite blue" options, which are just as tasty. My personal favourite is the baked beans and poached egg on a bed of spinach, tomatoes and roasted potatoes.

Their signature blue colour is hard to miss, so the next time join the crowd at Jamaica Blue.
