Just when you thought they couldn't squeeze another café/bar into Boundary Street, West End, along comes Jam Jar, a fantastic establishment that serves up all the things we love about West End, both in food and atmosphere. Jam Jar's motto is 'food, drink, think' and espouses this with their fresh and eclectic menu and the street art that adorns the walls and hall.

The dinner menu consists of mains and a selection of shareplates, depending on your mood (and hunger level), as well as an extensive range of beers, wines and cocktails to accompany your meals. The menus for breakfast and lunch, while quite small are definitely not limited. The selection is perfectly balanced between the sweet and savoury for breakfast and the healthy and a bit naughty for lunch.

Jam Jar is the just the right amount of quirky, in menu and in setting; exemplified perfectly by the jam jar that your bill comes in. The menu is full of different but delicious meals and is definitely worth ditching your usual West End favourite for.

I highly rate this place. Had an amazing dinner there on Wednesday night. Great food, great service and great wine! My friends and I shared dishes which was a fab way to get try a lot of the menu and everything I tried was exceptional. The dishes were well created fusions of flavour that left us most satisfied. The meal was finished off with very good customer service that was responsive to all our needs - this place must be visited!
