Pictured above is the dish 'dumpling of vegetable barigoule and sweet and sour zucchini' at fine-dining restaurant, Jacques Reymond.

It was one of my favourite dishes - the dumpling was so deliciously soft and smooth, and the sweet and sour flavour of the sauce with a beautiful contrast to the crispiness of the zucchini.

This dish is one of ten dishes on the vegetarian degustation menu at Jacques Reymond.
