Jaqueline is single and perfect but happily not married
Is this actor, singer, DJ, and upstanding comedian using life to create comic art or comic relief to take the mickey out of a real-life scenario? This new show keeps you wondering the whole fascinating hour. In this script, Jacqueline Mifsud's weaves comic stories into recircling comic content. Maltese/Canadian comedian Jacqueline life stories shout shades of Kitty Flannigan to me. I adore Kitty. Kitty very cleverly builds and relinks back to the initial comic line time and again. Diabolically funny. This show is revealing this style of genius.

Melbourne Comedy Festival

And you can catch this comic routine at the Melbourne Comedy Festival right now until April 7, 2019. The Melbourne Comedy Festival is an iconic event on the worldwide comedy circuit. Major league Comedians come from all over the world to strut their stuff. And people fly into Australia's most liveable city to revel in this comedy fest. And what is lovelier is that the comic stages are spread all over the wonderful city in the lane-ways and iconic buildings of Melbourne.

This fabulous act is on at the "Globe Alley" upstairs in a cosy art deco aged, grunge kind of theatre. It is at the back of their wonderful tapas style restaurant and bar. There is lovely food and wine in a cosy area, with a free pool table, an excellent DJ (not headbanging) and an intimate atmosphere. So go a wee bit early or stay a wee bit after the main event to enjoy a feast with friends.

Jacqueline is shouldering in with the big comic names with this award-winning comedy skit. She says she, "debuted the show, called Perfect, in Hobart this year at the Fringe at the Edge of the World Festival in January and won Best of the Fest.... It's very funny! It has to be or else I'm suffering for nothing".

Intimate Lounge for Friends to Share

She takes us on a hilarious journey from first love, to where all her friends are all married, to regrets and beyond to understand why she is still single and fulfilled. Why? Because just as she is, she is 'perfect'. Would that we could all learn this lesson at such a young age. Hats off to her self actualisation and being able to bring that message to the world in this fast-paced solo. You will have to be listening carefully because it is quick, intellectually stimulating, and takes innuendo and word sculpture to a new level of funny. Brush up on your geometry, things get a bit 90 degrees during the act. Or is that the sex stories? You have to get there to find out and it will be worth the trip to laugh along with the charming and zany Jacqueline. A huge clap for the talent.

It's all about 90 degrees
It's all about 90 degrees angle of Sex or is this a bit obtuse of me???

She says she is a comedian, but she is showing a talent for far more than that with skilled acting and singing. She is here there and everywhere touring both around Victoria, Perth, Edinburgh and New Zealand.

I can only add two thoughts (hope she gets the joke) slow the pace down a wee bit and give "some air" so those incredibly clever innuendos can also gain total fulfilment. They are too funny to be lost.

Don't be camera shy; be a shining star; let everyone know photo opportunities abound at the end.

Jacqueline's big brown eyes, beautiful smile, and big personality are worth capturing in your camera and your hearts. So grab your besties and get to this show.
