I write for Weekend Notes and I take photographs, usually sunsets and sunrises. Occasionally I include my photos in my articles. I like to promote Geelong, and activities around Geelong.

The charity partner this year is Muscular Dystrophy South Australia. The Jacob's Creek Barossa Marathon organisers are very proud to assist Muscular Dystrophy South Australia in their efforts to support people living with neuromuscular conditions in SA & NT.
There are currently no cures for Muscular Dystrophy. The services that MDSA provide are invaluable to the over 20,000 people living with the condition in Australia.
The fundraising efforts of the Barossa Marathon Running Festival Muscle Team will be used to provide support to children and adults living with muscular dystrophy.
Muscular Dystrophy SA provide essential services such as therapies, respiratory aids, counselling, respite camps and advocacy.
