Meals for seniors and people living with disability


The Jack Young Centre (JYC), located at 1 Orange Avenue, Salisbury, is a community centre catering for people over 50 years old. Although the community centre is not currently open to visitors yet, the cafe is offering meals for take away.

The meals are available for senior residents or people living with disability. Fresh and nutritious food are cooked daily (Monday to Friday) and you can place your order by 11.30 am for pick up by 2 pm the same day. Frozen meals are also available and you can drop by to buy them from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 2 pm.

The meals are of excellent quality with decent sized servings and their main meals cost between $7 to $8.50 each. A variety of soups and dessert are also available.
