A workshop to make you feel a little less alone
Personal development writer Toni White is running a one-off workshop at Bondi Pavilion on Saturday 22nd August.

The aim of Toni's workshop is to help people who are struggling with depression or anxiety, or finding life a challenging, to feel like they're not alone. During her workshop, Toni will share some of her own coping mechanisms in a welcoming and warm environment.

I'm not a medical professional and don't pretend to be," says Toni. "At 29, I've spent over half of my life suffering from depression and anxiety. I'm honest about my struggles and if my thoughts and words can help put a smile on your face by making you feel comforted, then this workshop will have done its job."

Toni's website,, is a brutally honest, warts and all blog about her hopes, challenges and struggles with mental illness. She has pulled herself out of desperate places on many occasions by using the coping mechanisms she's studied and would like to share those with others.
