With the Adelaide Fringe well and truly here, the four gorgeous ladies from Jagged Little Singalong, accompanied by Hayden Barltrop on piano and Lauren Allison on drums set up a heck of a karaoke session, which featured some of the best by popular pop star Britney Spears.

It's Britney B*tch: The Singalong was a show that impressed audience members - not only through their quintessential costume and get ups from iconic Britney Spears eras over the years, but also brought Raj House d-o-w-n by transforming the second floor into a dancefloor for all audience members!

Starting off with a super relaxed ambience, it didn't take long for audience members to break the ice by putting on their dancing shoes and having an eclectic time singing along to some of the greatest hits by Britney!

There was no form of toxicity whatsoever among our group of strangers, who knew a thing or two about boogey-ing to the sweet Britney tunes. Concurrently, the squad on stage threw at us more and more lyrical notes from different songs by Britney, till our hearts were full at reminiscing the good ol' days. Songs such as "Oops I Did It Again" and "Crazy" that would play on our mp3 players on repeat were sung and swayed to in harmonious unison.

As my friend Tom said, "the energy of the band and the crowd radiated off each other in such an electric and spontaneous manner, which allowed the audience to become a truly integral component of the show". As a long-running Britney fan, Tom appreciated that they "included it all, from the chair twirling magic that is 'Stronger' to the bad girl declaration introduction to 'I'm a Slave 4 U'. They really did Britney justice".

This is a show where your energetic and enthusiastic side will take form - this is by no means an event where you can simply stand around, purely because the electric atmosphere will have you moving nonstop! And if you're socially awkward like myself, make sure you have a couple of drinks beforehand to feel the buzz, because once you hit that dancefloor and the squad hits the stage, your energy levels will hit a state of euphoria!

It's Britney, B*tch - A Singalong may have wrapped up for another year at Adelaide Fringe, but there's no doubt that this show will be a sell-out and a slice of heaven, particularly for those who will forever love the magic that Britney Spears brought to the musical era of the 90s and early 2000s!
