Some of Melbourne's favourite chefs will be on hand to share their knowledge and passion for Italian cuisine. Say ciao to much-loved locals Rosa Mitchell (Rosa's Canteen), Johnny di Francesco (400 Gradi) and Rita Macali (Lladro), who along with teams from Caterina's Cucina e Bar, Trattoria Emilia, Bar Idda, Pasta Classica, La Bonta, Small Axe and Pasta Adagio will be cooking up a storm. Plenty of tasting will be available.

If wine is your thing, you'll be able to taste over 200 Italian wines from different regions in Italy and many of the Italian style wines made right here in Australia.
