Specifically, a five course degustation called
A Short Trip Around Italy featuring dishes and ingredients from Tuscany, Venice, Milan and Southern Italy.
Entering the doors, you will feel like you have stepped into the heartland of Italia, with familiar aromas of traditional Italian music and traditional Italian cooking.
Beginning with an Aperitif followed by an Antipasti dish of Tuna Carpaccio, the experience only gets better from here.

Then followed by the main course, highlighting flavours from both Tuscany and Milan with a braised lamb shoulder, handmade papardelle pasta, gremolata and peas. Handmade pasta infused with flavours of Tuscany and Milan is the taste experience you want to have.
There are more reasons to be excited, as you are then invited to enjoy your second course - the Florentina Bistecca.
