ISIT Cafe has been around for a few years, but Clinton the new owner has only owned it since this January 2014. Coming from a people oriented background in the past, working in events at the Melbourne Museum, and as Operations Manager at Imax theatre, he could not wait to get his hands on a cafe of his own to put his people experience to good use.
He knew the suburb well and used to come to the cafe which was his local. He's in it for the long haul with his eyes set firmly on the future of his business. With the building of a new underground car park across the road (compared to the current 'hard to find parking' environment of busy Prahran), Clinton's long term vision is to cater to the many customers this structure will bring.
Having a good chef and keeping the same menu, ISIT serves food that is seasonal and on trend. Offering premium food to his customers Clinton is proud to have on offer his own in-house chutney, preserves, and sauces. ISIT is available for functions and catering and is open 7 days a week from 7.30 am to 4pm with meals ranging from $7 to around $20. They also have a Facebook presence.
