This DIY appetiser is a mouth-watering taste explosion of sweet and spicy flavours. Take a betel leaf, add some dipping sauce and a half portion of barramundi fillet, sprinkle fresh sliced lemongrass, ginger, lime, and chilli, and whole roasted peanuts, wrap and savour.
