Are you curious to learn more about native bush food? Well, get ready to book a space at Aunty Dale's Introduction to Bush Food workshops on the Sunshine Coast through January and February 2023.
The workshops provide information and an understanding of Australian native foods and practices, including their spiritual connection, based on the traditions of First Nations peoples.
These fascinating workshops provide the chance to sample delicious foraged and harvested seasonal produce including Australian botanical leaves, grains, seeds, nuts, and fruits. These may include Myrtles (Anise, Curry, Cinnamon, and Lemon), Strawberry Gum, Old Man Salt Bush, Pepper Berry, Wattleseed, Native Thyme, Bunya Nuts, Warrigal Greens, Lilly Pilly, Wild Mints, and more.
The Chapman will be held at My Dilly Bag at Forest Glen Village on the beautiful Sunshine Coast from 10:30am-11:30am on Saturday 14 January and Saturday 18 February 2023.
