This Winter, Melbourne's Airtime Dance Academy is presenting a series of innovative introductory acrobatic workshops for kids and adults.

All are welcome to participate in this introductory workshop; there's no minimum fitness level and it's perfect for beginners who have no experience or training.

The 3hr workshops will be held at the Airtime Dance Academy Studio in Derrimut and hosted by coach Trinh Pham.

  • 3hr workshop for Kids: 10:30am-1.30pm - from 8th August 2015

  • 3hr workshop for Adults: 2pm-5pm - from 8th August 2015
  • Under Trinh's guidance participants will literally 'spread their wings' and learn spectacular acrobatic tricks for beginners!

In a fun, safe and encouraging space you'll:

  • Enjoy fun experiences while socialising with other fun loving people

  • Build confidence in a safe, positive, non-judgmental and non-competitive space

  • Be supported along each skill set in a safe manner while building on their strengths and interests

  • Enhance your physical development, physical and mental strength

  • Experience new ways to develop your balance, fitness and strength

  • Develop your spatial and aerial awareness.

  • Learn how to spot, assist and support others in various stunts.

Spotters and the trainer will assist in execution of skills if needed. However, please note if you already have a pre-existing injury, it may be aggravated by acrobatic stunting.

Participants can view a Stretching and Body conditioning video here to help build core strength prior to attending.

All participants are encouraged to wear tight fitting and stretchy clothing and bring water bottles to keep rehydrated.

In addition to being an acrobatics coach, Trinh is a qualified early learning teacher. Parents are welcome to stay and participate or supervise.

The all-inclusive participation fee starts from $50pp.

Places are strictly limited: to make a booking, please visit
