Curious about starting a yoga practice? Phoenix Yoga Studios in Ringwood is inviting those new to yoga to book into its Beginners Yoga Course: Intro to Flow.
The course runs for six weeks and works through the basic essentials for a Flow practice in a safe and nurturing environment. The course teaches participants physical movement in the form of yoga poses, breath-work and mind practices. Upon completion, participants can feel confident to join on regular yoga classes at the studio.
