The internet has changed the way we live our lives. It has become a way of gathering and passing on information, communicating with family and friends. We are now able to work from anywhere, all we need are the tools and we are able "dial in" or "log on" to work. Using the internet via a "smartphone" on the run has given us a new way to manage our time.
But, wading through the cess pit that is the internet to find these gems of information can be dirty. It can be annoying and at the same time interesting. A time-wasting mass of unimportant information you never knew that you wanted to know. The internet is a great place to watch other people living their lives so you do not actually have to live one yourself.
To help navigate this swirling mass of information, here's a list that's by no means exhaustive of subjects you could probably live without.
Kim, Khloe, Kris Jenner and the rest of the tribe. As for the NBA basketball star ex-husband, he should have known better. Andy Warhol was right. Do we really care what they think? Sadly, it seems that Oprah, Ellen and the world in general does.
3. Lindsay Lohan.
At least she has the internet.
Apple, Apple. Guess what? Apple are releasing a new product. Just release it, CEO's of computer companies are not rock stars, even if they are on stage in black.
5. Miley Cyrus.
Just let the poor girl live her life. Being the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus is bad enough.
6. The American election.
Obama, Romney. There has got to be an easier way of getting someone elected.
Why is it called twitter? Because birds tweet and they generally have nothing to say.
Really, is this socialising? Socialising used to be actually going out.
9. Nicki Minag, Lady Ga Ga.
What happened to just singing. Madonna has done all of that earlier anyway. If you want any more proof that this is not new, check out Malcolm McLaren & Vivienne Westwood.
