The International Festival of Language and Culture (IFLC) is an annual celebration showcasing linguistic talents and cultural diversity from around the world.
This year's event will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, South Wharf on Sunday, 14th of May 2017 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. Entry is FREE and all are welcome. Registrations are essential - visit EventBrite to secure your FREE ticket today.
The purpose of the IFLC is to celebrate diversity and promote inclusion through the universal language of art, dance and music.
The IFLC began in 2003 with a handful of students from 17 countries. In 2015, this spectacular festival was presented in Melbourne for the first time and attracted a crowd of over 4,300 people. Last year, the IFLC was held at the Sydney Opera House in front of a sell-out crowd.
This year, event-goers will be treated to amazing performances by young talented representatives from Albania, Azerbaijan, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Romania, Russia, South Africa, Tunisia, Ukraine and the USA.
Don't miss the IFLC in Melbourne, co-hosted by Sirius College and the Australian Intercultural Society.
