Come along and have a free, fun family day and help celebrate International Families Day. This fantastic community event will be held at the Atwell Community Centre, 1 Lombe Gardens in Atwell, on Sunday 19th May, 2013, between 12.30pm and 2.30pm. The themes at this years International Families Day event is 'Families working together: Getting the balance right'.

Proudly brought to you by the City of Cockburn, this fantastic free event will have loads of free entertainment and activities to please the whole family - there is something for everyone to enjoy.
The International Families Day features many fun activities such as a petting zoo, face painting, bouncy castle, a craft room, food tasting, giant games and much, much, more. There will also be plenty of food and refreshments available throughout the day.
One of the highlights of the International Families Day event will be 'Food Tastings from Around the World'. There will be many different foods on offer for you to try including sushi, pides and baklava.
This free event brings together the community, young and old. Bring the family along to the International Families Day for a great day out, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, plus you get to enjoy some free activities and entertainment.
The City of Cockburn's Support Services Team is holding this event to recognise the role of the family in today's society. All Cockburn residents and their families are most welcome.
