10 Reminders During CO-VID19

Life is an emotional rollercoaster for us all right now. One minute we can feel like we are coping okay, and the next we can be overwhelmed and filled with a range of emotions. Just know it's okay to feel whatever it is you are feeling.
So, with all this in mind, I have made some little reminders to help soothe our open wounds, reassure us we are not alone, and to perhaps help us see things a little differently when it all gets too much.
Some of these reminders may resonate with you and others may not. Simply take what you need and know that you are loved and that you are always enough.
No matter how much I get done, or is left undone, at the end of the day I am enough.
