Upon scanning the menu at hotel bar, I decided to go for the chicken parma and salad, which was on the high end price wise ($26) but I would soon see why.

The service was brisk. 10-15 minutes to bring it out was great, and other times I have been there are the same. The only down side is the plates tend to sit there for a long time before someone comes to collect them after finishing your meal.

When it arrived I was surprised at the size. It was huge. Looked like a parma that was made for someone with a healthy appetite, nice! Tasty, thick and juicy chicken. Plentiful ham, cheese and sauce, and a surprisingly good salad. Croutons and olives made the salad much less boring to eat that your standard pub salad.

It's a cosy bar with a very friendly vibe, and one I'm happy to go back to. My tip when ordering the parma is no chips, the meal is substantial enough without it.
