I haven't tried their dinner service but agreed with your comment regarding their lunch service being very disappointing! I had a birthday lunch there recently for a table of 8, there were waiters walking around, but not serving the customers. I had to walk up the counter to order drinks, food etc.. It's a shame because the food was delicious. Not motivated to go back there for lunch though due to the poor service.
